Real estate listings, prices, property details, and availability — all listing data is provided by third-party agents and brokerages and may be outdated or inaccurate
Business directory information including hours, prices, contact details, and descriptions — businesses are responsible for maintaining their own listing accuracy

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information
Listing tier and placement are determined by subscription level, not editorial merit
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing that violates these Terms or our content guidelines

7. Affiliate Links and Advertising

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOGUE.COM, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York.
